We went camping for the first time with the kids. It was really fun. On Friday night we had hail the size of marbles. Both kids slept right thru it, and wasn't nervous at all. Gavin and Kyle did some fishing on Saturday. Gavin was disappointed to not catch a fish. I think if he had a hook it may have helped some. But Kiwi was being sooo helpful we didn't dare. We even got to see a raccoon, and share our meals with 4 or 5 chipmunks. Then Sunday we woke up to soaking wet shoes, and took the camp down in the rain. So, to make up for leaving earlier than planned we had the breakfast of champions on the way home. All the leftover graham crackers and marshmallows from the night before. I can't wait to go again!!

Sounds fun! Very full of adventure. Where did you go to? We wanna go camping but I'm not sure when and where to yet!
It looks and sounds like fun but, I hate camping in the rain. When is this going to STOP already!
